At Cuddl Duds, we want you to be completely comfortable in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked and secure delivery back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging if possible, include any relevant tags, and securely attach the printed return label to the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
